1. 주요 업무
• Order management : AS 딜러, 기타구입처
• 통관/입고 지원
• B/O 관리
• MAN claim 처리/진행/사후처리 확인
• AS 딜러/구입처 대응
• 각종보고서 작성
2. 자격 요건
• 필수요건 :영문 발주서 및 메일/서신 작성 가능
• 경영학/공학/자동차 관련 전공자 우대
• 관련업무 2년 이상 경력자 우대
3. 상세요강(영문)
Main Responsibilities;
• Inventory control and analysis.
•Sales process management and analysis.
• 1st level parts technical supports to customers.
• Contact with MAN AG for the parts business.
• Contact with Customer Clearance Agent for the custom clearance of sea-freight and
Air-freight shipments.
• Receive and respond to customers’ correspondence
• Provides and updates for order processing to the client/customers.
• Process cancellation on orders requested by Client/customers.
• Release orders on credit hold as requested.
• Overall claim process management and correspondence to customers.
• Solicits for stock ordering.
• Airfreight order to HQ in Germany.
• Order placement to the local vendors and vendor management .
• To follow up the Payment of the supplier & Credit management of the dealers.
• Analysis stock quantity discrepancy and report.
• Prepares Outbound Related reports.
• Prepare and analyse monthly reports for the measurement of performance.
Requirements:
• Knowledge in Automotive and Engineering
• At least 2~ 3 years of working experience in Automobile indurstries or trading prefered.
• Must have good knowledge in ligistics services & automobile industires.
